Coastal Safety Consulting was founded by Cori Carroll, CRSP, after years working across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors and seeing the same challenge everywhere: safety programs that looked good on paper but were inefficient, time-consuming, and difficult to manage in the field.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, as companies were forced to manage safety remotely, Cori launched The Safety Doc Shop - an online resource offering professionally developed, ready-to-use safety documents to help businesses stay compliant without starting from scratch.

But static documents alone weren’t enough. As field demands increased and compliance expectations evolved, it became clear that safety needed to move faster. That insight led to the creation of FLOWforms - a smart, automated platform designed to streamline field-level safety paperwork, save time, and improve real-time compliance across industries.

As digitized safety documentation becomes the industry standard and demand for fast, field-friendly compliance tools continues to grow, Coastal Safety Consulting expanded further with the Workforce Safety System - a complete, organized, ready-to-use safety program for companies that need a fully built solution, not another manual to manage.
